Changes are permitted for the Fall Term up to Sept. 15, for the Spring Term up to Jan. 22. and for the Summer Term up to May 12.

If you are WaitListed for a course, do NOT use this form.
  - Your timetable will be checked and you will be placed if space becomes available in the course.
If you are not in a course, do NOT use this form.
  - Please add yourself to the electronic waitlist for the course, which is available on the SSC.
